**About this role**:
In this high-impact position, you will spearhead client projects, guiding teams to deliver strategic insights and actionable solutions across various industries. This role is designed for strategic thinkers who are adept at navigating complex business landscapes, fostering client relationships, and driving project success. As an Engagement Manager / Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the firm’s success, leveraging your analytical prowess and leadership skills to lead your team through challenging engagements and contribute to our clients' transformation and growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Engagement: Direct all facets of client projects from conception to completion, ensuring deliverables align with client goals, and projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Serve as the main liaison with clients, maintaining and enhancing client relations
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of consultants, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration. Optimize team dynamics and alignment with project goals, facilitating professional growth and development
- Project Management & Execution: Utilize best-in-class project management techniques to oversee project execution, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes exceed expectations. Proactively manage project risks and adjustments
- Knowledge Development & Sharing: Enhance the firm's intellectual capital by creating and disseminating knowledge assets and best practices. Promote a learning environment by encouraging the sharing of insights and experiences
- Business Development: Assist in the firm’s expansion efforts through identifying opportunities, supporting proposal development, and nurturing existing client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals

**Qualifications**:

- **--- MUST --- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a TOP TIER consulting, strategy, or related role, demonstrating effective team and project leadership. A track record of successful client engagements and impactful outcomes is essential**:

- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking capacity, and adeptness in both quantitative and qualitative analyses. Experience with financial modeling and data analytics is preferred
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, capable of clearly conveying complex concepts across varied audiences. Strong interpersonal skills to foster client and team relationships
- Adaptability & Drive: Flexibility in dynamic environments, with a strong commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to challenges. Motivated by a fast-paced work setting and eager to lead projects to successful outcomes
- Leadership Qualities: Proven leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development and ethical conduct. Committed to delivering high-value solutions to clients
