The Management & Strategy Consultant will support the organization in analyzing business challenges, developing strategic initiatives, and implementing solutions that drive growth, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research, data analysis, and benchmarking to evaluate market trends, industry best practices, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess business performance and identify areas for strategic improvement.
  • Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models to support decision-making.
  • Design and present strategic plans, organizational structures, and performance improvement frameworks.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather insights and validate solutions.
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives, including project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Provide advisory support on corporate governance, organizational transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations for executive leadership and board-level discussions.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field (Master s degree / MBA preferred).
  • 8 12+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning methodologies, financial analysis, and business modeling.
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Prior consulting firm or strategy advisory experience preferred.
