  • Ensure client requirements are clearly understood by all company personnel involved in the project

  • Oversee the management of project teams ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

  • Ensure compliance with project objectives scope and key performance indicators.

  • Engage with stakeholders including clients consultants contractors and regulatory authorities to ensure their requirements and expectations are met.

  • Monitor and manage the update of Projects Master Schedules (PMS) and budgets related to construction costs.

  • Manage project budgets timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery within allocated constraints.

  • Implement a comprehensive Project Management System applying best practices and standards.

  • Sustain the quality of the Client Projects service throughout the duration of the PMC Contract.

  • Provide design management services and technical assistance framework to the client.

  • Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues to senior management providing recommendations and mitigation plans as necessary.
