Requirements
YOU WILL
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive customer acquisition engagement and retention.
Identify and negotiate agreements with key external partners including fintech companies payment providers retail brands and corporate entities.
Leverage partnerships to create joint marketing campaigns loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with partners ensuring continuous collaboration and alignment with the bank s strategic goals.
Design and implement customer activation programs to increase product adoption and usage.
Develop promotional campaigns and activations that drive brand awareness and enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless of activation strategies across digital and physical touchpoints.
Utilize data analytics and customer insights to optimize activation initiatives and improve engagement metrics.
Work closely with the marketing team to align partnership initiatives with overall brand positioning and customer value propositions.
Lead cobranded campaigns events and sponsorships to enhance the bank s visibility and customer reach.
Identify innovative ways to leverage digital platforms social media and influencer marketing to drive activation efforts.
Develop revenuegenerating opportunities through partnerships and activation program.
Ensure all partnerships contribute to business growth customer acquisition and profitability
Benefits
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field (MBA preferred).
years in strategic partnerships business development marketing or related roles within banking fintech or retail sectors.
Strong track record of establishing and managing highimpact partnerships.
Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of customer behavior loyalty programs and digital banking trends.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
Experience working in the Saudi Arabian banking sector or GCC market is a plus).
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
