Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the establishment and maturation of a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise testing strategy, governance, and execution within complex technology environments. Key Responsibilities Design, establish, and operationalize a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE)Define testing standards, methodologies, frameworks, and best practicesProvide strategic oversight across functional, automation, and non-functional testing streamsMentor testing leads and senior testers across projectsEnsure alignment of testing practices with business and regulatory requirementsEngage with senior stakeholders to drive testing maturity and quality outcomes Required Qualifications 20+ years of experience in software testing and quality assuranceProven experience setting up and running a Testing CoEStrong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments Preferred Experience Banking or financial services domain experienceALM / test management tools exposure (including ALM Octane)Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Oracle ServiceNowTemenos T24MurexFinastra Vertical: Technology
