Job Title - Marketing Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across retail showrooms, brand partnerships and regional expansion. The successful candidate will define and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, increase footfall and sales, and support business growth across the GCC. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives (brand positioning, market penetration, showroom openings, e-commerce growth). Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns digital, social media, print, outdoor, in-store promotions and ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity. Collaborate with brand and product teams, showroom leadership and sales teams to develop targeted promotions, launch new products and drive localised marketing activities. Manage showroom marketing activities across multiple locations (GCC region), ensuring local adaptation while maintaining brand consistency. Oversee the marketing budget plan, track spend, optimise ROI, and report on performance metrics. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activity and brand health; use insights to refine strategies and identify new opportunities. Drive digital marketing initiatives: social media strategy, content development, influencer partnerships, email marketing, SEO/SEM and website optimisation. Manage agency and vendor relationships (creative agencies, media buying, digital platforms, event partners) and ensure deliverables are on time, on brief and on budget. Lead events and experiential activities (store openings, VIP launches, brand activations) to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Develop performance dashboards and report regularly to senior management, demonstrating impact on brand metrics, customer acquisition, conversion, retention and sales. Support showroom teams with marketing materials, POS displays, campaign toolkits, and best-practice guidelines to ensure seamless execution at store level. Mentor and guide a team of marketing executives/coordinators, encourage collaboration, innovation and performance. Ensure strong collaboration with sales, operations, merchandising and customer service teams to ensure integrated go-to-market plans. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline (Masters degree preferred). Minimum 5-8 years of progressive marketing experience preferably in retail, brand management or consumer goods in the GCC region. Proven track record of planning and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact. Strong digital marketing knowledge, including social media, SEO/SEM, e-commerce and analytics tools. Experience managing budgets, media planning and vendor/agency partnerships. Excellent analytical skills, able to translate data into insights and actionable strategies. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. High level of creativity, strategic thinking, commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
