Group Product Manager (Bakery) | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Are you an experienced marketer in the food industry, specifically in the bakery sector? 

Our Bakery Business Unit is searching for a Group Product Manager to manage a designated product portfolio, both existing and new products.

As the Group Product Manager, you will assist in establishing a strategic vision and oversee the organisation to realize the 5-year plan through annual marketing planning and the company's overall goals and objectives. You will be responsible for managing and building share and equity in the designated portfolio, realizing improved market share performance, sales revenue, and gross margin. You will also identify new market segment opportunities and lead the organisation through new product development.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

  • A bachelor's degree with Marketing specialization or similar, an MBA is a plus
  • At least 5 years' brand/marketing management experience with an FMCG company
  • Competent in leading and managing change, strategic thinking, and teamwork.
  • Expert in brand positioning and copy strategy, promotional design and execution, NPD, research design and briefing, advertising briefing and development, trade marketing and distribution, pricing strategy, brand planning, retail audit, and brand tracker, among others
  • Good communication and strong command of spoken and written English skills
  • A proven track record of delivering results and strong people and stakeholder management capabilities.
