Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance based in Dammam. The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include financial reporting, leading financial planning and forecasting efforts, and implementing effective financial strategies to support the company's goals. The role requires strong leadership to guide the finance team and collaborate with other departments effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong expertise in Finance and Budgeting
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Sound knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Previous experience in a senior financial management role is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree or CPA/CA qualification is preferred
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
