is urgently hiring for the role of
BIM Coordinator – MEP

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction workflows, and coordination practices
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination for MEP systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and manage MEP BIM models across all project stages
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy
  • Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings
  • Support the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

NOTE:

  • Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2025
