is urgently hiring for the role of
BIM Mechanical Engineer

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems in building and infrastructure projects
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical systems.
  • Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
  • Generate coordinated shop drawings, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
  • Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project standards and timelines.

NOTE:

  • Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2025
