Responsibilities
:

  • Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, components, or parts to verify their quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Perform inspections at different stages of the production process to identify defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards.
  • Use various measurement tools and techniques to assess dimensional accuracy and product functionality.
  • Document inspection results, test data, and any identified non-conformities or quality issues.
  • Collaborate with production teams and other stakeholders to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct final inspections on finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements before release.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in quality control.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or relevant education is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and practices.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools, equipment, and techniques.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting inspections and recording results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant quality management systems and software is a plus.
