Job Purpose

Lead the strategic implementation of data management, performance analytics, and sport BI solutions initiatives across SOTC. Develop and manage Athlete Management Systems (AMS), real-time athlete monitoring BI solutions, and sport-science-integrated analytics solutions. Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and actionable insights to support informed decision-making and enhance athlete performance outcomes.

Job Specific Accountabilities

Strategic Insight Delivery

  • Deliver insights through advanced analytics to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Align BI and sport- BI solutions initiatives with long-term SOTC objectives.
  • Lead AMS deployment and lifecycle management.
  • Support integration of loT devices, wearables, and data-capture systems across training environments.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and real-time availability of athlete monitoring systems

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Develop dashboards integrating BI data with athlete performance metrics.
  • Oversee reporting on SOTC KPIs, athlete progress, and BI solutions utilization outcomes.

Data Management & Governance

  • Manage data aggregation and analysis efforts conducted by the team and oversee the extraction of data through various internal and external sources, ensuring strategic insights drive informed decision-making across SOTC.
  • Plan and implement data models and analytical frameworks to enhance accuracy and depth of analyses aligned with SOTC's strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Act as liaison between BI teams, HP Directors, coaches, NF staff, and sport science teams.
  • Conduct workshops promoting data literacy and Bl solutions adoption.

Project & Resource Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end analytics and BI solutions projects.
  • Support vendors evaluation and procurement for
  • AMS, sensors, and other sport-Bl solutions.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Support identification and propose innovative sport-Bl solutions enhancements.
  • Improve Bl and AMS platforms via automation, analytics, and integration upgrades.

Training & Onboarding

  • Lead training programs for BI tools, AMS and sport-Bl solutions systems for coaches, NF staff, and athletes
