We are looking for an
active and ambitious Sales Engineer
to join this unit and help develop new business while meeting company sales requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets and sectors.
- Promote awareness and understanding of post-tensioning technology by highlighting its technical, economic, and construction advantages to consultants, contractors, and developers through presentations, seminars, and technical discussions.
- Submit technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Work closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are fully achieved.
- Negotiate offers and contracts, including technical and commercial terms, pricing, and conditions.
- Abide company's sales strategy and ensure the achievement of assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports (daily, monthly, annual) in line with company reporting procedures.
- Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and events to network and promote the company's products and solutions.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential sales opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge of post-tensioning systems to ensure accurate and effective client communication.
- Prepare quotations in accordance with company commercial policies and technical standards.
- Maintain updated pricing for all post-tensioning system components based on latest supplier cost information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in engineering or technical sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office , AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to project locations
- Highly organized with the ability to follow and adapt to company standards
- Presentable, confident with strong teamwork skills.

مهندس مبيعات
نشيط وطموح للانضمام إلى طاقمها والمساعدة في تطوير مبيعات القسم الجديد الخاص بالخرسانه لاحقه الشد.
المهام المطلوبة:
• القيام بمهمه المبيعات الخاص بقسم الخرسانه لاحقه الشد عن طريق البحث عن المشاريع قيد الانشاء و المشاريع القادمه في الاماكن المشار اليها حسب خطه التسويق.
• نشر الوعي الخاص بنظام الخرسانه لاحقه الشد اللاحق من خلال تسليط الضوء على مزاياها الفنيه والاقتصادية والإنشائية لكل من الاستشاريين والمقاولين والمطورين من خلال المؤتمرات والندوات والمناقشات الفنيه.
• تحضير و تقديم عروض الاسعار الخاصه باعمال الخرسانه لاحقه الشد.
• التعاون مع اقسام الشركه الاخرى و جمع كل المعلومات اللازمه لتلبيه متطلبات العملاء.
• التفاوض على العروض والعقود، بما في ذلك الشروط الفنية والتجارية والأسعار.
• الالتزام باستراتيجية مبيعات الشركة وضمان تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة.
• التطوير و الحفاظ على علاقات قوية وطويلة الأمد مع العملاء الحاليين.
•
•إعداد تقارير مبيعات دورية (يومية، شهرية، سنوية) وفقًا لسياسه و نظام الشركه.
• حضور المعارض والمؤتمرات والفعاليات من اجل الترويج لقسم الخرسانه لاحقه الشد.
• دراسه و تحليل السوق لتحديد المشاريع القادمه، احتياجات العملاء، ونشاط المنافسين.
• التطوير الذاتي المستمر الخاص بالمعلومات الفنيه عن طريق التواصل مع القسم الفني و حضور الدورات ذات الصله لضمان التواصل مع العملاء بشكل دقيق و فعال.
• إعداد عروض الأسعار وفقًا لسياسات ومعايير للشركة.
• التحديث المستمر للائحه اسماء و اسعار الموردين الخاصين بنظام الخرسانه لاحقه الشد.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المبيعات الخاصه بالشركات الهندسه المدنيه.
- يجيد مهارات التواصل مع العملاء و طاقم الشركه.
- خبرة مسبقه في التعاون مع شركات المقاولات و المكاتب الهندسيه و المطورين العقاريين.
- يجيد استخدام مايكروسوفت أوفيس، و يعد استخدام برنامج الاتوكاد ميزة إضافية.
- يجيد اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة).
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول والقدرة على السفر داخل حدود المملكه العربيه السعوديه.
- القدرة على التكيف و حسن تنظيم المهمام الموكله اليه , و اتباع معايير الشركه.
قادر على تمثيل الشركه بصورة مهنيه و ايجابيه امام العملاء ، و يتحلى بالقدرة على العمل الجماعي.
