Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Jeddah. As a full-time, on-site role, the Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Key responsibilities include answering calls, managing appointments, handling client inquiries, and performing clerical duties such as record-keeping and managing schedules. This role requires excellent organization, communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills such as scheduling, record management, and administrative tasks
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a welcoming and supportive experience for all clients
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front-desk role preferred
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and basic computer applications
  • Knowledge or interest in fitness
