Job Description

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests and clients.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including room assignments and key card management
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain up-to-date calendars
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Stay informed about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
