Position: Plant Operator
Yanbu, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

JOB SUMMARY And KEY OBJECTIVES
Work in production department and operation in general including: Production, maintenance, Quality and inventory management and related operations.
Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Read and follow written procedures.
• Operate safely and responsibly, and protect the people and property , by learning and follow all safety protocols and polices , and adhere to the proper needed PPE.
• Work with plant operations production, maintenance and quality, shipping and receiving in a one team spirit.
• Work on the drum filling line
• Work on production, blending, loading, and unloading.
• Do the production blends as per the blending sheet, and accurately weigh and mix raw materials according to the blending written steps and instructions.
• Work on unloading raw material container shipments.
• Load bulk tankers
• Unload Isotainers
• Move and arranged the packaged product.
• Print and attach the information label to the finished products.
• Pour finished product or raw material in blending tank.
• Help keep the production area and warehouses always clean.
• Help on the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment, pumps, LTC's assets are well maintained.
• Help maintain and improve LTC safety and continues improvement programs.
• Maintain pumps, mixers, tanks and all mechanical equipment's
• Work with ovens, pallet jack, forklift, drum tippers, and other types of manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare and clean blending, holding and storage tank.
• Assure the proper implementation of the 5S , and the cleanness of the assigned or instructed area.
• Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as required or as directed by your direct manager.
• Work beyond working duty time – once necessary - based on pre-arranged work schedule as overtime.
• Do the assigned work related to the ERP (SAP)
• Rotate shifts along the 24h/day as per the working schedule.
• Contribute to the improvement process by give the observation in operation departments.

• Basic understanding of the principles and applications associated with manufacturing, operations and maintenance.

• Ability to work with teams and lead decision-making processes in a team environment.

The Primary Attributes LTC Operator Personnel Should Have Are

• Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills: Must be able to speak with colleagues, personnel from another department and others.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Must be able to quickly ascertain a situation and report any issues to LTC management.
• Time Management: Operators faces production deadlines, shipping dates and must manage their time accordingly.
