Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, providing tailored real estate investment solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining consistent communication. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Strong Business Development and Sales capabilities, including contract negotiation experience
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Networking skills
  • Real Estate knowledge and market analysis experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic and Spanish are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to client needs effectively
