Admin & Facilities Specialist

What you will do:
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for functional managers.
- Assist in preparing presentations and management reports
- Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and procurement needs.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, correspondence, and document control.
- Support the daily operation of office and facility maintenance scheduling
- Coordinate and monitor repairs, inspections, and servicing of equipment, utilities, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire safety, etc.).
- Maintain facility-related records, documentation, permits, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Contribute to EHS plan, operation department development & unit continuous improvements
- Follow GE compliance Policies ('The Spirit and The Letter') and promote open reporting
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to document MOM's, plan and follow up actions.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Speaks Arabic & English fluently.
