Afaaq Catering and Facility Management
are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team and help us continue our growth

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and customers.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Present and promote company products/services to clients, addressing their specific needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience for 2-5 years as a Sales Specialist or in a similar sales role, preferably in the catering industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage time and build client relationships.
