Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dammam for a Vendor Inspector. The Vendor Inspector will oversee vendor compliance, conduct detailed quality inspections of materials and products, and ensure adherence to established industry standards. Responsibilities include preparing inspection reports, coordinating with vendors to address issues, and implementing quality control strategies. The role will also involve verifying certifications and documentation to meet regulatory and project requirements, as well as collaborating with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting quality inspections, including the use of measurement tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Renewable Energy.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors and project teams.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Working knowledge of modern industrial systems and processes, with a technical mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in quality control, vendor inspection, or industrial compliance are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or a similar region is a plus.
