This role supports the Head of Creatives in conceptualizing and delivering world-class event designs, ensuring every project embodies innovation, elegance, and flawless execution. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional creative vision, strong leadership skills, and a refined understanding of luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Creatives in developing unique concepts, themes, and visual storytelling for high-profile events.
  • Translate client briefs into innovative design strategies that align with luxury brand standards.
  • Lead and inspire design teams, ensuring consistency, originality, and excellence across all creative outputs.
  • Oversee mood boards, floor plans, stage designs, and visual elements to ensure premium execution.
  • Coordinate with production, operations, and banquet teams to ensure seamless integration of creative designs.
  • Maintain strong awareness of global trends in design, fashion, art, and luxury events to drive forward-thinking ideas.
  • Ensure all creative projects meet deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Extensive background in event design, creative direction, or a related field within luxury events and hospitality.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute innovative designs for large-scale and high-profile events.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage creative teams.
  • Refined aesthetic sense with deep knowledge of current and emerging design trends.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects under pressure.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong client-facing presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in creative and design software is highly valued.
