We are looking for a highly experienced
Digital Marketing Specialist (Hybrid / Full-Time / Freelance)

to join our growing team and support our expansion in the signage, digital display, and technology industries.

The ideal candidate must be
highly experienced in AI-powered marketing tools

and
highly knowledgeable in AI-generated marketing content

, including
videos, graphics, ads, and Meta advertising

.

This role requires both
strategic planning and hands-on execution

with strong creative and analytical skills.

Main Focus Platforms:

  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • TikTok

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute complete digital marketing strategies using AI tools
  • Create AI-generated content (videos, graphics, ads, captions, campaigns)
  • Manage and grow all social media channels
  • Design marketing materials: posts, banners, stories, presentations, ads
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn & TikTok)
  • Improve website performance (SEO, content, UX recommendations)
  • Set up and manage marketing funnels and follow-up systems
  • Generate, manage, and qualify leads for the Business Development / Sales team
  • Track performance, analyze data, and prepare reports
  • Stay up-to-date on AI marketing trends and digital innovations

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with
    AI marketing tools

(ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Canva AI, Adobe AI, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of
AI content creation

(videos, graphics, ads)
- Expert in
Meta Advertising

and social media algorithms
- Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & TikTok Ads
- Strong SEO and website optimization skills
- Proficient in design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma, CapCut or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Experience in
B2B / construction / signage / technology
