Role Description

This is a full-time Business Analyst position based on-site in Al Khobar. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather and evaluate business requirements, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven solutions to support strategic objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed analysis, creating business process models, preparing detailed reports, and facilitating clear communication between teams to ensure alignment in project development and execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in developing and documenting Business Requirements and designing efficient Business Processes.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and present findings clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is an advantage.
  • Experience in working with.
