Job Purpose
Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment, candidate management, and employee lifecycle coordination, while leveraging HR systems for automated functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
• Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires and ensure smooth integration.
• Maintain and organize employee records and documentation.
• Implement and follow HR policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
• Coordinate with management on workforce planning and operational needs.
• Support general HR operations and day-to-day employee matters.
Required Skills & Knowledge
• Strong experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, HR platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, labor practices, and compliance basics.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment roles.
