Quality Supervisor

Location:
Jeddah

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control or QA within supply chain, FMCG, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Experience in supplier quality and warehouse quality operations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools (5 Why, RCA, PDCA, FMEA, control charts).
  • Familiarity with ISO quality standards and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent English Skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee quality inspections for incoming materials, in-process goods, and outbound shipments to ensure compliance with Binzagr CORO standards.
  2. Manage and resolve supplier quality issues, including issuing NCRs, following up on corrective actions, and supporting supplier evaluations.
  3. Ensure adherence to quality procedures and regulatory requirements, including ISO standards, safety guidelines, and internal SOPs
  4. Lead root-cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  5. Collaborate with warehousing, and logistics teams to address quality concerns and maintain product integrity throughout the supply chain.
  6. Maintain accurate quality records and reports, including inspection results, defect trends, and KPI tracking.
  7. Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and strengthen overall supply chain quality performance.
