Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech-Language Pathologist based in Riyadh. In this role, the Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing treatment for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. They will develop personalized therapy plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support clients in improving their communication and quality of life. The role requires maintaining detailed documentation and staying updated on the latest techniques and advancements in the field.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing issues related to Speech and Dysphagia
  • Experience in diagnosing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to create and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans
  • Certification or licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) as required by local regulations
  • Fluency in Arabic and/or English is highly advantageous
  • Experience in working with children and/or adults with diverse communication needs is a plus
