Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Proposal and Estimation Engineer - Mechanical located in Jubail. The role involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conducting costvestimations of Turnaround, Shutdowns, EPC and construction retrofit projects ,performing detailed evaluations of technical specifications and requirements. The engineer will also collaborate with internal teams, engage in client negotiations, and conduct research to ensure accurate proposals and estimates are delivered in a timely manner. The individual will be responsible for ensuring project estimations align with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in creating Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and performing detailed project estimation
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough research and analysis to support project evaluations
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Familiarity with industry standards and software tools for estimation and planning
  • Prior experience in industrial or engineering services projects is advantageous
