We are looking for a Human Resources Officer with entry to mid-level experience to join our team at AWN Business Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing daily HR operational and recruitment tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, with a focus on data management and utilizing various HR systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing, screening, arranging interviews and complete full recruitment process.
  • Arrange and complete HR functions related to new employee onboarding.
  • Manage and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Track and maintain official documents, such as employment contracts, leave records, and end-of-service procedures.
  • Process employee requests like vacation requests, salary advance equests etc.
  • Support daily HR operations, including attendance and time tracking, and preparing operational HR reports.
  • Utilize HR software to manage daily operational tasks.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation and managing internal communications.
  • Follow and complete employee offboarding.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational integration.
  • Process monthly payroll reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or operational functions.
  • Solid knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software such as
    ZenHR
    and
    Jisr
    .
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic, with a good command of English.
