What This Role Is About

As the Regional Trade Marketing Manager lead for a leading international company based in Riyadh, you will drive trade marketing strategy, channel development, and market execution across key regional markets. You will play a vital role in strengthening in-store visibility, improving channel performance, and ensuring consistent brand execution in line with commercial objectives.

This is a mid-senior trade marketing role ideal for a results-driven professional who can enhance retail performance and support the organization in driving stronger market penetration and sales growth.

You will oversee all aspects of trade marketing, including channel strategy, promotional planning, merchandising execution, and coordination with sales and marketing teams.

Your experience in regional trade marketing, APAC exposure, and familiarity with the manufacturing industry will be essential in driving visibility, improving channel performance, and maximizing commercial returns.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

  • 7–8 years of experience in trade marketing, with experience in multi-market or regional roles.
  • Proven track record in channel development, retail execution, promotional planning, and shopper marketing.
  • APAC market experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and regional teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities.
