Position: PR & Marketing Specialist – Saudi Arabia

Location: Riyadh (based in Saudi Arabia)

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (KSA time)

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Management:

-Act as KristiesLab's main representative in Saudi Arabia, managing on-ground activities and client relationships.

-Serve as the key contact for clients, attend meetings, understand needs, and ensure smooth communication.

-Receive and analyze client briefs, then translate them into actionable tasks for the internal team.

-Follow up on all ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

-Coordinate with the Lebanon head office to align strategies, concepts, and execution plans.

Market & Partnership Development:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, venues, influencers, and media partners.

-Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the F&B, hospitality, and luxury sectors.

-Support business development efforts by preparing presentations, proposals, and local market insights.

-Act as a strategic consultant, providing grounded market advice and cultural understanding within Saudi Arabia's lifestyle and dining scene.

PR & Marketing Execution:

-Manage on-ground activations, campaigns, and brand events in coordination with internal teams.

-Ensure consistent brand representation and communication across all marketing channels.

-Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management.

-Demonstrated experience in F&B and lifestyle brand marketing within Saudi Arabia.

-Strong network and understanding of the KSA market (clients, suppliers, media).

-Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

-Fluent in English and Arabic.
