  • About the Role

We're seeking a
PR, Communication & CSR Manager
to lead our corporate communications, media relations, and social responsibility programs.

The ideal candidate is a
strategic leader
with strong media acumen and proven experience in developing PR campaigns, managing brand reputation, and delivering impactful CSR and event initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Managerial:

  • Develop and implement annual PR, communication, events, and CSR plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Uphold Dan Co.'s values in all communication and CSR efforts, aligning with Vision 2030 and sustainability goals.
  • Translate leadership direction into actionable initiatives that strengthen Dan Co.'s reputation across corporate, consumer, and community levels.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and reporting to ensure efficient execution.
  • Foster collaboration with Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure unified narratives.
  • Represent Dan Co. in key events and media forums.

Corporate & Consumer PR:

  • Drive communication strategies across Dan Co. and its brands.
  • Manage media relations, press releases, interviews, op-eds, and CEO communications (including LinkedIn visibility).
  • Monitor communication KPIs and performance reports.

Events, Sponsorships & Exhibitions:

  • Plan and manage corporate and consumer events and sponsorships.
  • Oversee budgeting, activation, and ROI tracking.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure event messaging consistency.

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility):

  • Implement and track Dan Co.'s CSR strategy and initiatives aligned with Vision 2030.
  • Manage community programs and promote CSR stories internally and externally.
  • Prepare CSR performance and impact reports.

Internal Communication:

  • Lead internal engagement and communication in collaboration with HR and leadership.

  • Support Town Halls, newsletters, and culture-building campaigns that reflect Dan's culture.

  • We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 7–10 years of experience in
    Public Relations
    or
    Corporate Communications
    .
  • Background in
    hospitality, tourism, or consumer brands
    (hotels, resorts).
  • Experience in
    protocols and government dealings
    .
  • Experience managing
    CSR campaigns
    ,
    executive communications
    , and
    events or sponsorships
    .
  • Strong ability to write and publish
    press releases or op-eds
    in both Arabic and English.
  • Excellent organization, proactivity, and flexibility to manage events outside standard hours.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to)
