We're Hiring: HR Manager – Saudi Arabia

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Are you passionate about building strong teams and driving company culture?

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and grow our Human Resources department at BCC, a fast-growing retail and fashion group in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and Vision 2030.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for multiple brands.
  • Manage performance evaluation systems, training programs, and career paths.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, etc.).
  • Foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Build and optimize HR processes, policies, and reporting systems.
  • Work closely with department heads to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA labor regulations and platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven track record in talent management, recruitment, and organizational development.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence and build trust across teams.
