Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies that align with business objectives, managing employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to support workforce planning and offering guidance on HR best practices.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development strategies
  • Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, and handling employee relations effectively
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional HR certification is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of HR systems, tools, and data analytics
  • Previous experience in facility management, contracting, or manpower supply sectors is a plus
