Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a MEP Procurement Specialist. The role involves managing and overseeing procurement processes, including preparing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts. The MEP Procurement Specialist will handle activities related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing procurement to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance. The role requires collaborating with various teams to meet project timelines and maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Orders
  • Expertise in Supplier Evaluation and building strong vendor relationships
  • Strong Contract Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements
  • Sharp Analytical Skills to assess cost efficiency and procurement effectiveness
  • Experience in Procurement processes, preferably in MEP and facility management sectors
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Relevant educational background in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or related fields
  • Familiarity with local and international procurement regulations is an advantage
