Job Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role ensures the recruitment process aligns with company objectives, values, and workforce plans while maintaining a strong employer brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning:
    Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-caliber professionals.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    Source, identify, and attract top talent in the construction and consultancy domain, utilizing innovative methods and industry networks.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
    Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, align recruitment strategies, and build strong working relationships.
  • Candidate Assessment:
    Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and evaluations to ensure the selection of candidates who meet job requirements and align with the company's values and culture.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide insights that support effective recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    Ensure all recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and internal company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and the implementation of best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in construction or consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and recruitment regulations is an advantage.
