Position Overview

The
Pest Control Operations Executive
oversees day-to-day pest control service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with regulatory standards, and full alignment with company policies. The role is responsible for coordinating technicians, planning service schedules, managing client requirements, ensuring documentation accuracy, and supporting the operational efficiency of pest control services across all assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Manage and coordinate daily pest control operations, ensuring services are provided according to contractual requirements and company standards.
  • Prepare and monitor technician schedules, route plans, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and support field teams, ensuring proper execution of treatment procedures and safety protocols.
  • Conduct periodic site inspections to verify service quality and compliance.
  • Ensure availability and proper use of equipment, chemicals, and PPE.

Client Service & Coordination

  • Act as a primary point of contact for existing client accounts regarding operational updates, inspections, and service requests.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, complaints, and emergency service calls.
  • Prepare visit reports, service recommendations, and follow-up action plans.
  • Support business development team with technical inputs and site assessments when needed.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to municipal, environmental, and public health regulations related to pest control operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation, including treatment records, chemical usage logs, technician attendance, and service reports.
  • Monitor chemical stock levels and coordinate procurement as required.
  • Ensure technicians maintain updated certifications and training records.

Quality Assurance & Improvement

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for technicians and recommend training where needed.
  • Monitor KPIs related to service quality, client satisfaction, and operational productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Public Health, Facility Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in pest control operations or soft services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pest control methods, treatment procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage field teams and coordinate multiple service sites simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication (Arabic & English), reporting, and client-handling skills.
  • Familiarity with FM operational systems, routing tools, and digital reporting software.
  • Valid Saudi Driving License.
