Job Overview:
This role is specialized in sales of airline ticketing systems (GDS). The Sales Ticketing Agent will focus on promoting and selling flight tickets through professional reservation systems, while ensuring excellent customer experience.

• Sales Ticketing Agent
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Eligibility: Open for all nationalities – Saudi nationals are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell and promote airline tickets using GDS systems (especially Galileo).
• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and other travel-related requests in a professional manner.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, or airline ticketing (preferred).
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Very good English level (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in GDS systems is required, especially Galileo.
