Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled Accountant (Tagalog Speaker) to join our consumer electronics company in Dammam. The ideal candidate must have solid accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial tasks in a fast-paced retail/distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations (A/R, A/P, ledger entries, reconciliations).
• Manage inventory-related accounting, stock adjustments, and cost calculations.
• Monitor sales transactions, POS reconciliations, and branch reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams for accurate financial data.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and ensure timely settlements.
• Track expenses, cash flow, and prepare financial summaries for management.
• Support annual audits and ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for consumer electronics product lines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in consumer electronics / retail / distribution).
• Tagalog speaker (required).
• Strong understanding of inventory and sales accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience preferred).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
