Sales Account Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Job Description:

  • Research, create, and follow up on leads, and track opportunities for qualified leads.
  • Understand customers' specific business needs.
  • Identify and develop new business through networking, courtesy, and follow-up calls.
  • Cold-calling in order to create interest in services and generate new business leads, and arrange meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry/market.
  • Market and promote a full-service offerings portfolio.
  • Involved in negotiating a commercial agreement in a win-win approach.
  • Finalize service agreements with customers.
  • Prospect and qualifying opportunities. (Sales Forecast).
  • Work to ensure a productive long-term relationship with customers.
  • Provide regular forecasts to manage new work sold and billed.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers/partners.
  • Achieve the sales & revenue GP as per the business plan.
  • Deliver market insight by identifying trends, competitor positions, and emerging themes locally and regionally.

Job Requirements:

  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in software, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience
    : Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales, demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, and
    Saudi experience is a MUST—
    at least 3 years.
  • Technical Knowledge
    : Strong understanding of software and its applications. Familiarity with the technical aspects of software deployment and integration.
  • Sales Skills
    : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Customer Focus
    : Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Self-Motivation
    : Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
