Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for CRM system-related inquiries and issues from end-users
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM enhancements
  • Configure and customize CRM solutions, ensuring they meet the business's evolving needs
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support system adoption
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to drive insights and support decision-making
  • Manage CRM system integrations with other applications such as ERP and marketing solutions
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades
  • Ensure CRM compliance with organizational policies and data privacy regulations

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a CRM techno-functional role
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and business process flow
  • Proven ability to perform data analysis, reporting, and ensure data integrity
