  • Act as the Application Owner for Core Banking systems, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end integration between Core Banking and other systems such as CRM, ERP, and Digital Channels.
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts for new releases, patches, and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations and compliance alignment.
  • Provide techno-functional support, troubleshooting, and system optimization to enhance business efficiency.
  • Participate in system audits, documentation, and control reviews as required.
Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking IT, with direct hands-on experience in Core Banking systems.

Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of Core Banking Platforms such as Temenos, Oracle Flexcube, and Finacle.
  • In-depth understanding of core modules including:
    • Deposits
    • Lending
    • Treasury
    • Payments
    • General Ledger (GL)
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and audit requirements within the banking domain.
  • Familiarity with Stitch platform or similar middleware/integration technologies.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
