Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role located in Jeddah with one of our prime clients for an Administrative Secretary. The Administrative Secretary will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the office.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual English - Tagalog speaking
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as maintaining records, managing office supplies, and performing general office duties.
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance, including organizing workflows, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Scheduling, including managing calendars, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in MS Office applications are advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or certification in office administration is a plus.
