About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized
Ball Boy Coordinator
to manage and oversee the ball boy operations during the upcoming football tournament. This role ensures smooth match execution by leading, training, and coordinating the ball boy team across all matches and venues. The position requires strong communication skills, leadership, and attention to detail to deliver seamless on-field support in line with competition standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise the ball boy team assigned to the stadium.
  • Conduct pre-match briefings and ensure all members understand their roles, positions, and match procedures.
  • Liaise closely with match operations, referees, and venue management to ensure proper field-of-play coordination.
  • Manage attendance, scheduling, and performance of all ball boys throughout the tournament.
  • Ensure uniformity, discipline, and professionalism of the ball boy team during training and matches.
  • Oversee the distribution and collection of equipment and ensure the availability of spare match balls as per competition requirements.
  • Report any operational issues or incidents to the Venue Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in football operations, youth coordination, or volunteer management preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Flexible to work during weekends, evenings, and match days.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience working in football tournaments or stadium operations.
  • Background in coaching, sports management, or event logistics.
