Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dammam. The Center Medical Director will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical care. Responsibilities include supervising healthcare teams, consulting with physicians in various specialties, managing patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, the Medical Director will lead medical staff initiatives, mentor clinicians, and contribute to strategic planning to improve care and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in Medicine with clinical skills in specialties
  • Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Leadership and management experience in a medical or clinical setting
  • A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or equivalent degree is required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations , insurance and best practices
