Job Summary
The
Sales Department Manager
will oversee all sales operations across the center, ensuring that sales goals are achieved and customer satisfaction is maximized. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and performance management to drive growth and strengthen the customer journey through exceptional service and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Achieving Sales Targets
Develop sales strategies and action plans to meet organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives to achieve target results.
Sales Process Implementation
Manage customer relationships and provide tailored offers and proposals.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from first contact to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement to guide team performance.
Track progress and market data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Customer Service Team Management
Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Train and coach staff on communication and customer service excellence.
Evaluate and improve team performance to maintain superior service levels.
Ensuring Service Quality
Oversee the customer journey and ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Monitor and enhance the quality of services provided, implementing feedback-based improvements.
- Collaborate with rehabilitation specialists and management to integrate service excellence across departments.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Preferred: MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in key account management and customer relationship development.
- Knowledge of medical products, rehabilitation services, or hospital/clinic sales.
- Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a sales team.
