Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Document Controller
to manage, track, and archive all project documents in accordance with company standards and project requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control all project documents (incoming & outgoing).
  • Ensure documents are accurately created, reviewed, and approved.
  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
  • Track document versions and ensure proper distribution to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure documentation compliance.
  • Prepare documentation reports and logs as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • 3–5 years experience as a Document Controller (preferably in construction/engineering).
  • Strong knowledge of document control systems and MS Office.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
