Office Administration
Dorsch Gruppe is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Office Administrator
to join our team in
Mecca, KSA
. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations of the office and provide administrative and documentation support to engineering and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Manage the daily administrative operations of the office, including correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and telephone calls professionally.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement of stationery and materials.
- Ensure proper upkeep of office premises, equipment, and facilities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for maintenance and related services.
Project & Document Support
- Assist engineering and project teams in preparing, formatting, and submitting project documents, reports, and proposals.
- Maintain and update project files, drawings, and documentation in line with company standards.
- Coordinate document control activities as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration
or a related field. - Minimum
5 years of experience
in office administration, preferably within an
engineering consultancy or construction company
. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of
document control systems or ERP software
is an advantage.
