On‑Site Translation Project Coordinator

Location:
Khobar, KSA (On‑Site)

Employment Type:
Full‑Time

What You'll Do

  • Client Liaison:
    Greet and assist clients in person, and respond promptly to translation inquiries via email and WhatsApp.
  • Quotation Management:
    Prepare accurate cost estimates, send professional quotations, and follow up on approvals and payments.
  • Project Handoff:
    Forward approved jobs to the Project Manager, ensure clear instructions, and monitor progress.
  • Quality Assurance & Delivery:
    Review completed translations for accuracy and consistency; package and deliver final materials to clients.
  • CRM & Follow‑Ups:
    Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records; conduct regular follow‑up to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Administrative Support:
    Perform other day-to-day office duties such as filing, printing, document formatting, handling walk-in inquiries, and supporting general operations as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    Experience in a client‑facing or coordination role (translation or related industry preferred).
  • Language Skills:
    Arabic and English fluency—both written and verbal.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Comfortable with MS Office suite, email platforms, WhatsApp Business, and CRM systems.
  • Organized & Detail‑Oriented:
    Strong ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous records.
  • Personable & Professional:
    Excellent interpersonal skills; thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
