Minimum requirements:
  • Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in good standing with the Legal Practice Council.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-article experience with proven expertise in Commercial law and Tax Law
  • The candidate should possess exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail Electronically proficient
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective client and team interactions
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a track record of handling complex legal issues and project management
  • Offer legal advice in Commercial law and Tax litigation
  • Drafting: Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions and brief in High Court and Tax Court matters
  • Research and Compliance: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes through diligent research, ensuring our legal practices remain at the forefront
  • Collaborative Solutions: Partner with a team of top-notch legal professionals to develop and ensure efficient solutions
  • Maintain a high standard of quality, efficiency, and timeliness in delivering services to our clients
