 Role Purpose: A Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) SalesExecutive is responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, andpromoting a range of PPE products to meet the safety needs of variousindustries. This role involves market research, customer interaction, and salesstrategy implementation to achieve revenue targets and ensure customersatisfaction. Key Responsibilities:  Sales and RevenueGrowth:a Identify and approach potential clients topromote PPE products such as gloves, Gas detectors, Respiratory, safety shoes,and other safety equipment. b Develop and execute effective sales strategiesto meet or exceed sales targets.c Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients tosecure deals. Customer RelationshipManagement:a Build and maintain long -term relationships withcustomers to ensure repeat business.b Understand the client needs and providetailored solutions.c Offer excellent after -sales service to ensurecustomer satisfaction. Product Knowledge:a Stay updated on the latest PPE products,industry standards, and safety regulations.b Provide technical support and training tocustomers on the use and benefits of PPE products. Market Research andAnalysis:a Conduct market research to identify newbusiness opportunities and industry trends.b Analyze competitors and suggest improvements inproduct offerings or strategies. Reporting andCommunication:a Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports,and other documentation for management.b Collaborate with the marketing team toimplement promotional campaigns.c Communicate customer feedback to the productdevelopment team for continuous improvement. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Proven experience in sales, preferably in PPE, safety equipment,or a related industry. Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations (e.g.,OSHA, ANSI). Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field(preferred). RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Education: diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience: Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role.Certifications: Certification in sales (e.g., Certified Sales Associate) is an asset.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:· Technical Knowledge: Familiarity withCRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.· Skills: Strong organizational skills,attention to detail, and time management.· Abilities: Ability to multitask,prioritize tasks, and work in a team -oriented environment.· list of clients: Mining , aero ,industrial factories, and food industrialLanguage & Communication Skills:Language Requirements: Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
